Your use of and access to this portal, and any information made available through it, is at your sole risk and responsibility. You may not permit any third party to access or use the portal without Glide Identity, Inc.'s ("Glide") prior written approval.

All information accessed through the portal is confidential and proprietary to Glide. You agree not to copy, reproduce, use, or share any such information with any third party, or for any purpose other than the purpose for which access was granted.

THE PORTAL AND ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". GLIDE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GLIDE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PORTAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Access to the portal for the purpose of creating an application is subject to a limit of 100 API calls. Glide reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access upon exceeding such limit, in its sole discretion, and to modify such limit at any time.

Subject to your compliance with the terms set forth herein, Glide grants you limited access to this portal solely for your internal, non-commercial use and for the sole purpose and duration communicated to you by Glide. Your access may be terminated by Glide at any time, in its sole discretion.

Nothing herein shall constitute a promise or commitment by Glide to enter into any commercial, employment, or other relationship with you, and any such decision shall be made at Glide's sole discretion.

If you are an employee or representative of a customer or prospective customer of Glide that has executed a separate agreement with Glide, your use and access to this portal shall also be governed by the terms of such agreement.
