Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Integration Engineer – Telecom to join our global team.

This role focuses on hands-on integration with mobile network operators (MNOs) and aggregators, ensuring seamless connectivity, testing, and rollout of telecom-grade identity services (ECS, TS.43, Open Gateway APIs, Number Verification, SIM-based Authentication, etc.).The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with carrier technical teams, translating business needs into integration plans, and driving successful onboarding through clear communication and technical depth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute integrations with telecom operators, aggregators, and infrastructure partners.
• Configure, test, and validate APIs and entitlement systems of mobile network operators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network or service-level connectivity issues.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure reliable end-to-end interoperability.
• Provide customer-facing technical support and documentation during integrations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our telecom integration framework and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with telecom core networks, signaling, or entitlement systems (e.g., HLR/HSS, Diameter, ECS, TS.43, Open Gateway).
• Strong understanding of mobile operator infrastructure and network APIs.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (additional languages a strong plus).
• Customer-facing experience — comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders at carriers.
• Ability to work independently across multiple time zones in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
