About: Glide Identity is hiring a Lead – Telco Platform to help define, build, and scale the next generation of our entitlement and network identity platform. This role is responsible for Telecom platform implementation as part of the core R&D team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the technical architecture, deployment model, and product roadmap for Glide's entitlement platform
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, partners) to package, automate, and standardize carrier integrations
- Build scalable infrastructure for configuration management, deployment automation, and performance monitoring
- Translate network and telco-grade systems into enterprise-ready, modular products
- Ensure high reliability, observability, and compliance in distributed environments
Requirements
- Core network knowledge
- Diameter protocol experience
- On-premise deployment experience
- Proven experience building cloud-native or network infrastructure products
- Strong background in distributed systems, containers, and CI/CD automation
- Understanding of telecom standards, network APIs, or authentication frameworks
- Strategic product mindset — ability to translate technical systems into repeatable, scalable offerings
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
